<p>Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:<br />Level 1 or 2 Adaptive or Alpine Certifications.<br />Ability/experience teaching beginning to intermediate levels of alpine skiing.<br />Ability/experience teaching beginning levels of Snowboarding.<br />Ability to adapt communication styles to student&#8217;s learning abilities.<br />Compassion and patience.<br />Ability to work positively in a close knit environment with others.<br />Experience teaching adaptive methodologies preferred, but not necessary.<br />Ability to be a role model to other Instructors.<br />Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs in full ski gear.<br />Must meet Mammoth Mountain Employee Grooming requirements, clean shaven and collar length hair.</p>
<p>Pay:<br />Pay is based upon experience and certification(s).</p>
