  • If you are not the Snow Sport School Director, Head Trainer or Supervisor of your School, before completing the rest of this form you must check the box to confirm that you have either received authorization from your Snowsport School Director, Head Trainer, or Supervisor.
  • Please provide us with your name as the head contact for this Travel Event Request. If you are the School Director/Supervisor/Trainer, please provide your or another contact for this event request.

    The deposit is only forfeited if we approve the event request and we do not receive 5 registrants 10 days prior to the start date. Otherwise, it will be fully refunded.
    If you are not a Member School Director, Head Trainer or Supervisor, an online payment is required to submit your request.
  • Administrative Policies

    Your request must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the date you propose. If you have a minimum of 5 participants and we have the staff to accommodate your request we will send you a final approval with a registration link for all to register. Registrations must all be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event to avoid cancellation or late fees being applied and/or deposit forefeited.
