Your best chance of gaining a spot on the roster is by registering 3-weeks prior to the event. Rates will increase 2-weeks prior and again at 1-week prior to an event start date. Space in the event is based on the staff we have available and the capacity of the space/resort.

Course Description:
About This Assessment
The Snowboard Level 2 Tech/MA Assessment evaluates your readiness to demonstrate competency in Level 2 Technical Understanding and Movement Analysis against the PSIA-AASI National Certification Standards. Led by certified PSIA-AASI Western Region examiners, this assessment covers Professionalism & Self-Management, People Skills, Teaching Skills, and Technical Skills as applicable to this level. Passing this module advances you through the Snowboard Level 2 certification pathway.
Who Should Register
This assessment is for Snowboard instructors who have completed prerequisite preparation and are ready to demonstrate competency at the Level 2 Technical Understanding and Movement Analysis standard.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Current PSIA-AASI membership
• Snowboard Level 1 certification or Alpine Level 2 certification
• Completion of the Level 2 Professional Knowledge Test (required prior to registering)
Recommended Preparation:
• Review the Performance Guide and Certification Standards at thesnowpros.org
• Attend preparatory clinics offered by PSIA-AASI Western Region
What to Bring
• Relevant Performance Guide (available at thesnowpros.org)
• Certification Standards document for your discipline and level
• Appropriate equipment for all terrain included in the assessment
• Helmets are mandatory
