Your best chance of gaining a spot on the roster is by registering 3-weeks prior to the event.  Rates will increase 2-weeks prior and again at 1-week prior to an event start date.  Space in the event is based on the staff we have available and the capacity of the space/resort.

Course Description:

About This Course

Prep Courses are designed to help you arrive at your assessment day confident, prepared, and clear on what examiners are looking for. Led by PSIA-AASI Western Region Education Staff, this course provides a focused day of preparation for the Snowboard Level 3 Tech/MA assessment, covering the activities, standards, and performance expectations you will encounter.

What You Will Gain

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Describe what examiners look for in the Snowboard Level 3 Tech/MA assessment

• Demonstrate your current performance and identify key development areas

• Leave with a targeted preparation plan for assessment day

Designed for Snowboard instructors registered or planning to register for the Snowboard Level 3 Tech/MA assessment.

This course is excellent preparation for the Snowboard Level 3 Tech/MA assessment.

Prerequisites:

• Snowboard Level 2 certification or Alpine Level 3 certification

What to Bring

• Relevant Performance Guide (available at thesnowpros.org)

• Appropriate equipment for all terrain included in the course

• Helmets are mandatory
