Prerequisites (exceptions to prerequisites can only be made through petition) :: Current PSIA-AASI Membership, Introduction to PSIA-AASI Snowsports Part 1

Your best chance of gaining a spot on the roster is by registering 3-weeks prior to the event. Rates will increase 2-weeks prior and again at 1-week prior to an event start date. Space in the event is based on the staff we have available and the capacity of the space/resort.

Course Description:
About This Course
Days 3 and 4 build on the foundations from Days 1 and 2, deepening your understanding of lesson delivery, movement analysis, and the PSIA-AASI certification pathway.
What You Will Gain
By the end of Days 3 & 4, you will be able to:
• Apply more advanced lesson delivery strategies in a student-centered framework
• Use basic movement analysis to inform lesson decisions
• Describe the PSIA-AASI certification pathway and your next steps

Who Should Attend
Members who have completed Days 1 & 2 of the Introduction to PSIA-AASI Snowsports series.
This course is excellent preparation for the Level 1 Assessment.
Prerequisites:
• Completion of Introduction to PSIA-AASI Snowsports Days 1 & 2
What to Bring
• Appropriate equipment for on-snow activities
• Helmets are mandatory
