About This Webinar

PSIA-AASI Western Region webinars are one-hour online sessions designed to deepen your knowledge and support your development as a snowsports professional -- all from the comfort of home. What to Expect

  •       Overview of foundational biomechanics relevant to snowsports

  •       Examples connecting body position, force, and movement outcomes

  •       Discussion of how this knowledge supports both personal improvement and teaching effectiveness
