Your best chance of gaining a spot on the roster is by registering 3-weeks prior to the event.  Rates will increase 2-weeks prior and again at 1-week prior to an event start date.  Space in the event is based on the staff we have available and the capacity of the space/resort.

About This Event

Western Region Community Events bring together snowsports professionals at similar career stages -- creating space for connection, conversation, and the kind of peer support that makes a career in this industry sustainable and joyful. The first few years in snowsports can be exhilarating and overwhelming in equal measure. This event is a gathering place for newer instructors to connect with peers, share experiences, find support, and start building the professional community that will sustain your career.

What You Will Gain

By the end of this event, you will be able to:

• Connect with peers who are at a similar point in their snowsports career
• Identify resources, mentors, and community connections to support your growth
• Leave with a stronger sense of belonging in the PSIA-AASI Western Region community
