About This Webinar
PSIA-AASI Western Region webinars are one-hour online sessions designed to deepen your knowledge and support your development as a snowsports professional -- all from the comfort of home. Each session is 1 CEU. People Skills are at the heart of great instruction. This session digs into the nuance of not just reading your students' motivations and emotions, but actively shaping the conditions that help them thrive.
