About This Webinar
PSIA-AASI Western Region webinars are one-hour online sessions designed to deepen your knowledge and support your development as a snowsports professional -- all from the comfort of home. Each session is 1 CEU. For Cross Country instructors preparing for the Children's Specialist 1 credential. Join regional staff for an overview of the CS1 assessment expectations and strategies for working with young learners in an XC environment.
What You Will Gain

- Describe the CS1 Assessment format and expectations in a Cross Country context
- Apply CAP principles to XC children's instruction
- Identify preparation strategies and key resources
