The manager in this position is responsible for the Children’s Lesson Program Operations which will include the following responsibilities: program growth and development, recruiting, motivating & training staff, following a financial plan, developing and implementing a risk management plan and demonstrating passion & enthusiasm for the sport. It is important that this position is a visible staff member on the mountain in order to provide constant coaching and interaction with instructors and students to ensure lesson product standards are met. This key role is critical to the successful growth and development of the company.

Burton Snowboard Academy Supervisor
The Burton Snowboard Academy at Northstar California is a one of a kind snowboard school. We have partnered with Burton Snowboards to develop the most in depth Terrain Based Teaching program in the country. Created in the Winter of 08/09 the Burton Academy has grown to encompass all of Snowboarding at Northstar.
