Bear Valley Mountain

Children’s Ski School Supervisor
This position is responsible for overseeing the many aspects of the children’s ski/snowboard lesson program (aka – Cub Club) at Bear Valley Mountain. This role is responsible to recruit, train, and motivate instructors to teach snow sports to children using the PSIA Teaching Model. In addition, the Cub Club Department operates is own rental department for it’s participants. Ideal candidate possess a PSIA CS2, early childhood education coursework, plus enthusiasm, motivation and excellent communication skills to serve as liaison between clients, parents, instructors and management.
