All members can choose to show support in a professional, optional way. It’s about transparency, access, and giving members a stronger voice—not deciding the election.

✔️ At the end, a Zoom poll opens for each candidate

This morning, Phoenix is teaching first-timers, getting them comfortable with their equipment, finding balance, and soon enough, gliding on snow! 😃 But it’s more than mechanics. She’s giving her guests a first taste of confidence on skis! They belong, too.

That first slide matters. It’s where nerves turn into smiles and curiosity turns into stoke. This is how lifelong skiers and riders begin—one thoughtful, patient, human connection at a time. ❤️
