The Western Region of the Professional Ski Instructors of America and American Association of Snowsports Instructors represents talented professional skiers and riders across California, Nevada, and Hawaii. We exist to train and certify snowsports instructors through highly engaging education and professional development. Our purpose is to provide people with the skills, experiences, and opportunities necessary to excel in their careers, all while contributing to progress and innovation in the snowsports industry. Our vision is to create an accessible and inclusive winter sports community that continuously engages new stakeholders in outdoor recreation and adventure. We aspire to build a snowsports industry that embraces individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and exploration.
