DESCRIPTION: Spring Convention is the largest event of the year in the West. This season, we are ready to celebrate in true West Coast fashion, bringing back social gatherings and après events, and doing springtime like only we can. This 3-day event features the opportunity to participate in different morning and afternoon sessions. Mix and match disciplines and interests, participate in our featured daily events, do something you love, and try something new in the company of our growing community!1.   Register for the event by your primary discipline or specialty. You can choose to participate in 1, 2, or all 3 days of the event (6 CEUs per day). Lift tickets are $16 per day and can be purchased at the main ticket window (be sure to select the ticket option from your registration package). 2.   Choose your clinics in-person: Clinic rosters will open for sign-ups in-person Thursday, April 18 during event check-in and evening festivities.  A full list of clinic descriptions will be available 1 month before the event.     Adaptive Clinics Include: Common Disabilities in General Lessons and Exceeding Expectations for Adaptive Learners   Alpine Clinics Include: Medium and Spicy Terrain Exploration, Masters Series Session, Ambassadors Network, and Spring Fever - Ice to Slush in 3 RunsChildren's Clinics Include: Mixing Up the Family Dynamics and The Feels: Managing Affective BehaviorFreestyle Clinics Include: Park Play and Tackling New Terrain for the Un-BraveNordic Clinics Include:  Intro to Tele and The Alpine-Tele ConnectionSenior's Clinics Include: Pilot of the brand-new Senior Specialist Level 1 Assessment Criteria and More Fun/Less Work: Efficiency of Movement Snowboard Clinics Include: Exploring Off-Piste, Masters Series Session, and Teaching Snowboarding to SeniorsWomen's Clinics Include: Decoding Feedback and Building New Mentors  Indoor Sessions Include: Yoga, fitness, gear talks, and special guest speakers (this session will be available to choose during registration)3.   Join Us at the annual Education Foundation Dinner. You will need to register for dinner separately! Click here to registerer for dinner! Saturday's Foundation Dinner is an evening of revelry including guest speakers, a no-host bar, and our annual Education Foundation drawing featuring stellar prizes.  Dress code is West Coast Après, guests are encouraged!  All proceeds go to support scholarships for Western Members. 4.   Enjoy prizes, swag, and giveaways from our amazing partners and sponsors.
