Stacy Phillips is a licensed nutritionist, holistic health coach, and strength and conditioning coach focusing on a practical, whole-foods approach in helping clients achieve their performance goals and developing sustainable habits to live a healthy, active and balanced life. She has been working in the fitness and nutrition field since 2004 and started her own business in 2007 helping athletes achieve success in reaching their short-term and long-term goals. Stacy works with endurance and power athletes, working professionals and stay-at-home mom’s, who learn that understanding gut function and listening to their body’s signs and symptoms are critical to seeing long-term results.
