Relevance and Engagement

Following the March 2024 Member Forum, Dino White, Western Board Chair, called together a committee to discuss the concerns being raised by a portion of the membership. This committee, including some of our most vocal members, was tasked specifically with developing 3-5 strategic short term actionable items within scope and influence of PSIA that will increase engagement for all demographics and increase relevance specific to our youngest demographic. The committee submitted an extensive report, suggesting a wide range of ideas. On July, the Board of Directors requested we publish our review of the committees report, available below. We thank the committee for their ongoing commitment to the region.
